Ever wonder why is it that despite the new artists and songs being played day in day out...by the end of the day...we still prefer our Nat King Cole, our beatles, our wonders, our oldies...Maybe it is because we love the idea of a time machine and one way of going back to our past is through music...ahhh...love my Elvis...

don't forget mr sexy voice, dennis, himself said there's nothing wrong with modern talking. however, sometimes i find myself wondering why i'm so defensive of mt. it's not like they're going to give me an autographed cd of theirs or a bunch of free concert tickets and backstage passes. Confused

Since that time I said he was going to play "Last Christmas" when he was talking about...WHAM! Yucks! I don't mind George Michael...and his songs like "A Different Corner" or his cover version of Roberta Flack's "The first time ever I saw your face" or his duet with Diva Elton John,

Eh... I also kinda Cliff Richard's time maa...The dude has been around and releasing hit songs in almost every decade. Ocean Deep is my time, friends used to record it in cassettes and give it their 'steady' girlfriends. Then there is also 'She's So Beautiful'. My first girlfriend was sooo nuts about him and Julio Iglesias too.... Guess that was too much competition for a 13 year old Pat. (ok, that could have opened the bombardment gates....Fire away!!!)

why on heaven earth would anyone give ocean deep to their girlfriend? the lyrics clearly stated that this is the song about loner (all the girlfriend has move on) hence the PERFECT song for guys like me and pat (that 13 y.o casanova)... wah pat so young yet soooo romantic....

Zul...people give ocean deep to his/her Bfriend cause they want them to go there and stay there...that's why. I live in the era of Nat King Cole and are actually scared of Harry Belanfonte song 'Day O' from Bettlejuice. Didn't own a proper radio so used to make illegal copies of song from radio. Back then my dad own a lot of those big black records ( elder people , Martin and Arthur- what is that thing call?)
