hmmmm... I reckon any national car that's more than 4 years old is a liability! We used to drive around an Iswara... she was my baby and I got her before I turned 21... I loved her to death so much so anytime I'd talk about selling her, I'd think twice and just fix her up and add a little something to her, like a new set of speakers or an overhead monitor!
But it came to a point where her repairs monthly came to almost 1000 ringgit! It just wasn't worth it anymore and when it came time to sell her, I cried beyond words but before I let her go, I fixed her up almost to her original condition and sent her off! *sob* *sob*
That's why we bought a bigger car that can fit our entire family when we need it the most! It's not a fancy car with a hundred and one gadgets but it's a cheap, practical yet functional mid-size mpv from Nissan! So far, my only complaint is the fact that the brochure claims that a full tank of gas is 50 litres but we've only managed to put in a maximum of 42 litres! Wonder what happened to the extra 8 litres of gas? hmmmmm...
Anyway, it's true though Zul... I love the NEO! I really wish I could get one but maybe not just yet! Maybe when things are much much better for both Mag and I or when the need really arises! For now, we can both share just one car! :p
As for Pam... I'd suggest looking into buying a Hyundai i10... it's a relatively cheap compact car that's reliable and after sales service is excellent! Or even the Atoz or Getz is alright! Or you could check out the Naza rebadged Sutera. Good luck car hunting! _________________ I Love MAG...! |
