These simple practices can help you tap into your feminine and man essence while renewing vital mind and body energies. Experiment depending on your particular situation and you'll perfect some techniques that make you calmer, more balanced and more energized.
1. To quell stress, anget or fear
Place your hand over your heart. Feel the life force and the warmth pulsing through your body while breathing deeply from your chest and abdomen. Continue feeling your heartbeat and breathe deeply for 10 minutes. Connecting to our hearts this way nurtures and steadies our essential selves.
2. To stay productive , calm and focused on work
Every 25 minutes , take 2-5 minutes to look away from the computer screen or your papers, lower your shoulder and feel your breathing. Hold your index finger at arm's length, away from your nose, look at your finger, then at the horizon. Feel your breath. Move your finger midway to your nose and repeat looking at your nose and repeat looking at your finger, the the horizon, feeling your breath. Bring your finger to your nose and repeat. Then keeping your eyes focused on your finger, move it away from and back toward your nose. Finish with a couple of neck rolls and jaw stretches.
3. To restructure an automatic negative thought more positively
Identify one common negative thought pattern that plays repeatedly in your head and write it down in a sentence or two. Ask yourself the following questions about this negative thought: Does this thought contribute to your stress? Where did i learn this thought? Is this a logiacl thought ? Is this thought true?
Answering the questions will help you trace how the though originates from a past situation or relationship, which will allow you to sepate past experiences from present reality. Create your own restructured though and write it down under the original negative thought; refer to it whenever the negative thought reappears. Use it as a mantra in meditation when you're commuting , eating , showering , standing in line. |

Dear Ivy what will happen if I overtap or like turn on the wrong tap...you know like in the hotel they have hot water and cold water...so all this tapping...It might be dangerous. Look at Zul...he turn on the wrong tap... |

eleh dharmaaaa wrong tap konon... you know sometime when it is hot...we tap the cold one............when it is hot...we use the cold one...use it accordingly laaaa...itu pun nak ajar
