It is important to remember that the problem might not be our boss. Occasionally, we need to examine our roles within our jobs and change the way we approach our daily tasks. While a bad boss can certainly make our job miserable , we need to make sure that our arent making our job a miserable place to be for both of us and everyone else.
1. Our boss asks us to do things that He/She isnt willing to do
2. Our boss takes credit for our work without giving us recognition
3. Our boss is late
4. Out boss asks us to cover for a mistake that he/she has made.
5. Our boss doesnt defend his or her employee |
