actually hubby's been very tied up with a whole lotta work... he has started editing but havent had the time to finish it...
as for the accident, yes there was an accident but not us just him and he was on his motorcycle.
it was a hit and run incident and he was the victim. it happened at the traffic lights at wisma ttdi where he was stopping at the amber light when a car from the extreme right lane decided he didnt want to stop and zoomed into the extreme left lane when my hubby was and that lane not being big enough for a bike and car to be in together caused the car to send my hubby flying across the divider, hitting the sign board and slidding to the other side of the road.
the car didnt stop to help him, and the driver was the least bothered to help him. because it happened so fast, no one even stopped to help and unfortunately because he was sent flying he wasnt even able to see the car # plate. it was really bad.
fortunately I was still working in bandar utama at that time so when he called I went straight to get him cuz if I was anywhere else, I wouldnt have got to him that fast.
anyway, he suffered a lot and went thru a whole lot of pain due to the accident. bruised up very badly and even broke his pinky finger. when i got to the accident scene, he was bleeding everywhere. i'm just glad he spent a lot on a really good helmet cuz the helmet protected his head. I cannot imagine what would have happened if he hadnt had that helmet!
my hubby being a very strong man, picked himself up, his bike pieces, moved to the side of the street and waited for me to come along and get him; waited for his friend to bring the letter of admission for the hospital from his office and also waited for the Greenman who came over to help him move the bike to a safe parking before we went to the hospital.
the hospital experience is another crappy story so i'll save it for another day... but do remind me k! if the injuries werent bad enough, the hospital and the dr we went to after the accident made it even worse. so much so my hubby has been scheduled for another operation at another hospital to correct what was done by that dr.
sir arthur, I remember texting you back... sorry you didnt get it... at that time a lot of people were msging me, from my friends to his friends, to our friends and family too... so maybe it got lost or i didnt hit send... sorry ya _________________ Happy, Healthy & Bubbly |

That was horrible. Yep, thank God Mr D is a strong man and you and all the friends were there to help. What has happened to our society that hit and runs still happen?
I sure hope the fellow turns himself in soon, otherwise he'll be spending his whole life watching his back and never have a good night's sleep for the rest of his life.
Hope The Hubby recovers quickly. I'm sure he will as The Wifey is taking really good care of him. Take care and continue to be strong, Mag *nods* _________________ Yours Truly,

thanks Pam... yeah its horrible that ppl still do hit and run... the plain fact that we're all civilised and should be taking responsibility for all our actions but I guess some ppl still dont have it in them
actually my hubby is a very strong man... after 2 weeks of resting at home, he was up and about and back to work... he said he was bored at home... but then i wasnt too happy because he was still in a lot of pain, but I couldnt do anything cuz he wanted to go back to work so that he's not bored and the dr was no help either.
the dr was ignorant to the plain fact that everyone needs to use their hands no matter what they do... for a career... he insisted that my hubby didnt need his finger or his hand for that matter to go to work, because he believed that radio announcers only need their voice and no other part of the body to work... it was such a stupid statement to make on his part _________________ Happy, Healthy & Bubbly |
