Ingredients

2 large potatoes ( peeled and cut into chips)
2 burger burns
1 teaspoon olive oil or corn oil
1/4 cup onion ( finely chop)
1 crushed garlic clove
1 cooked sweet potato (mashed)
1/2 cup green peas (cooked)
1 carrot (grated)
1 slice wholegrain bread ( crumbed)

Method:
1. Place potato ships on baking tray and spray lightly with oil spray. Season with salt and pepper, and bake in oven at 180C for 20 mins each side

2. While chips are baking, place all the vegetables and breadcrumbs in a bowl abnd mix together . Shape misture in burgers.

3. Add the oil to a frying pan and heat through. On medium heat, pan fry the burgers until golden brown.

4. Place burgers on burget bun and serve with potato chips

well martin, if you want minimize the oil, can use nonstick frying pan or just bake it in the oven . You can skip the oil and just use the oil spray. As i know olive oil is good for health. Go for extra virgin olive oil.
