My father's 66 birthday was celebrated at a local restaurant. The 1st dish was long live noodles (Mee-Suah) - a must at every Chinese birthday.
The 2nd dish came out in a lobster boat... guess they couldn't get a dragon boat.
The boat carried a sumptuous load of seafood eg. scallops covered with crunchy vermicelli, lobster in mayo, crispy baby crab and fish sound with mixed mushrooms.
If u hv a chance to come over, don forget to try their fish head curry (heavenly!) and their dessert - fragrant honeydew in sweet coconut milk. _________________ Yours Truly,
