Try this ! You wont regret

Ingredients:
300g lotus root
Chili padi (optional)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 tbsp chopped red chili
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp salt
Crispy mix flour

Pepper salt ( mix well) :
1/2 tbsp fine salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp five spices powder
1/2 tsp MSG (optional)

Method:
1. Wash the lotus root and cut into thin slices. Blanch into boiling water for
5 min. Remove and drained.

2. Mix the lotus root slices with crispy mix flour and salt until well
combined. Deep fry into hot oil until golden in colour and crispy.

3 Leave a bit of oil in the preheated wok to saute chooped garlic, spring
onion, and chilies till fragrant. Add in fried lotus root, stirring constantly
for a while. LAstly, mix with pepper salt mixture. Stir fry until well
combined. Dish up and serve hot.
