Simple and yet delicious...muahhhh
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp baking powder
350g flour
200g butter
250g sugar
500g banana ( peeled , mashed)
10g cake stabiliser
6 eggs (beaten)
Baking tin: 32cm- square baking tin
Method:
1. Sift bakign powder and flour together. Thaw refrigerated butter under room tempreture.
2. Beat sugar, mashed banana and cake stabiliser together in mixer till fluffy. Pour in beaten eggs and mix well for about 2 mins. Stir in butter and mix well. Remove from mixer. Add flour and baking powder then mix well. Add banana essence or vanila ( optional).
3. Pour cake mixture into baking tin, Bake at 180 C for about 30 mins. Serve |

If you are diabetic then substitute a sweetner powder for the sugar... Marie has made this for me.... it's great... _________________ Cheers,
