100 g salmon ( or any kind of fish fillet)
8 scallops
4 baby octopus or sotong
capsicum sate sticks
Method:
1. Place sate stick in water to prevent them from burning when placing on hot plate
2. Cut the salmon and capsicum into bite size cubes
3. Place all ingredients on the sticks, alternating the ingredients
4. Season ingredients with your favourite herbs. ( black pepper /mixed herb/ salt and pepper, etc..)
5. Heat up hot place or BBQ
6. Cook each side for about 1 min |
