O fthe two candiates Obama was theobvious choice for change. Whther he will succeed we will have to see but the Republican route had dried up, Bush has killed the party! Let's just hope Obama doesn't end up like the Kennedy's - that's the big problem with the US!

The Wind of Change is in the US.

Question is....can they do it this time...or it is just going to be the normal political rhetoric by the politicians. Well, will just have to wait n see.

Personally, from past US presidents, be it Democrat or Republican, it has always been the same when they are running the country and the World! Just being a semi-Pessimist!

from what i see.. Obama mantra about the change is what hook the nation (but mind you Obama only won 52% of the majority votes... so not all American are with him).. thus Obama is facing a bigger threat internally not from foreign forces...

for the rest of the world... we loveeeeee him. A CNN poll suggested that almost all nation save for two (Georgia and bhutan if i am not mistaken) supported Obama in bcoming the next commander in chief.

Just hoping he deliver what he promised and pleaaaassee secret service please protect him coz God forbid.. those supremacist is hell bent on a revenge...

On top of protecting Barack, the secret services also needs to look into the lives of the people around the Obama Family! Cuz as of 2 days ago, life changed dramatically for Barack's wife-Michelle and their 2 girls!

I guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens to the States now that they have just nominated their first African American President!
